The Whiteley represents a bold reimagining of a historic site, blending heritage and modernity on an impressive scale. Behind its meticulously preserved Grade II listed façade, this development features 139 exquisite private residences, including apartments and townhouses. At its heart is London’s first Six Senses hotel and spa, offering 110 luxurious rooms, alongside world-class dining, a cutting-edge gym, a cinema, and 20 premium retail spaces.

Designed to foster a vibrant community, The Whiteley also incorporates fully accessible public areas, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents and visitors alike. This rare opportunity offers a chance to own a home in one of London’s most iconic and dynamic neighbourhoods, where history and innovation come together to define an exceptional lifestyle.

Dukkaboard Panels were chosen to provide a reliable and durable foundation for the exquisite tiles that serve as the centrepiece of the bathrooms in this landmark building. The 25-year Dukkaboard guarantee, combined with the BBA certification of the Dukkaboard Original Panel, offered contractor Ardmore Construction the assurance of a long-lasting, high-quality installation, perfectly suited to the project's prestigious standards.

The bathrooms draw inspiration from the early 1900s, paying homage to the original Whiteley building through subtle nods to its heritage and artisanal craftsmanship. The clean lines and neutral palette provide a timeless foundation, allowing residents to personalize the space to reflect their individual style. Art Deco-inspired stone mosaic flooring pairs seamlessly with dark-framed shower screens, echoing the steel windows and stone finishes that define the building’s historic character.

It was the Dukkaboard waterproofing system, Aqua77 that provided tough, durable protection against leaks while remaining permanently flexible, which is crucial for substrates or joints in damp, or constantly humid environments.
